We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Instruments showing marks, such as scratches, dents, etc., due to usage will have up to 50% deducted from the refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Any customs brokerage, duties, and transportation charges for the return shipment are to be paid by the customer.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All of our products are double-checked prior to shipping to ensure that they are in perfect working order. However, if you receive a product that appears to be defective, please contact our customer service department within one business day of receipt of the shipment at 1-800-613-2210 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Please provide a detailed description of the return on the RMA form. The RMA number MUST appear on the box and the RMA form MUST be enclosed with the goods being returned for inspection and exchange. Please note that any exchanges shipped without an RMA will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
