Shipping policy
General Terms
The shipping costs are dependent on the destination, value, and dimensions of the package (size and weight). Fiberscope.net always strives to ensure our customers get the best shipping rate when ordering equipment from us. If you have any special requirements, including drop shipping or freight forwarding, please contact us at shop@fiberscope.net or by calling 1-877-613-2210 to discuss your options.
Typically orders are shipped the same day or the following business day if the requested equipment is in stock. Please note that orders will not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and General Holidays.
Fiberscope.net ships via courier services only and someone should be available to receive and sign for the package when it arrives.
A customer is responsible for any local taxes, duties, and charges if not collected by Fiberscope.net.
Shipping Time Calculation
Shipping days do not include weekends or holidays.
Allow at least 1-2 extra days for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, outlying island territories (USA), Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut (Canada).
Overnight orders placed after 3:00 PM Central Time will ship the following business day.
You can calculate your estimated shipping costs for any product by clicking on the 'Estimate Shipping' button on a product page. Simply enter your zip code/postal code or country to receive an estimated shipping cost. You will have the option to upgrade your shipping to a different service during the checkout process.
Fees and Duties
If you order items from outside of Canada, or the USA your shipment will have to clear customs in the destination country. Depending on customs rules and regulations of the destination country, and based on such factors as value and the country of origin, taxes, duties, or fees may be assessed. Fiberscope.net does NOT charge you these fees, nor do we collect, deal with, or receive any of them. In most cases, Fiberscope.net cannot estimate the taxes or duties to be assessed. However, as a reference point, the customs duties are often at least equivalent to the value-added tax (VAT) or the sales tax normally charged in your country or territory.
