Spare Probes for Video Borescope ORION

Replace a worn probe or add reach and access to your ORION video borescope with a spare insertion probe. Probes swap onto the same ORION handset, so one system can cover tight engine ports, long pipe runs and straight rigid inspections.

Choose your probe

• Flexible, no articulation: Ø2.8mm (1–2 m), Ø4mm (1–10 m) and Ø5.5mm (1–30 m). The long 10, 20 and 30 m Ø5.5mm probes suit ducts, pipes and long cavities.
• Flexible, 2-way tip articulation: Ø4mm (1–3 m) and Ø5.5mm (1–3 m) for steering the tip around corners and checking walls.
• Rigid: Ø6.5mm straight view or Ø5.5mm with 2-way articulation, in 0.30, 0.45 and 0.70 m lengths for straight-line access such as castings, cylinders and gearboxes.

Not sure which probe fits? Send us the access port diameter and the depth you need to reach, and we'll recommend the right probe.
