The Micron drain camera is a portable inspection system for conducting visual inspections in drain lines and small sewer pipes from 1.5 inches to 4 inches in diameter. This inspection system can be used for blockage assessment, drain line location, leak detection and confirmation of pipe repairs.

Three main parts make up the Micron drain camera: camera head, reel and cable, and a WIFI module. The camera head has a diameter of 1" and features a 512Hz integrated sonde beacon that allows the detection of the camera head once it is in the drain. Eight LED non-dimmable lights are fused under the protection of the glass and provide a continuous illumination during the inspection. The camera head is IP68 and water sealed to 60psi of pressure.

The reel of this system is made out of butt-welded steel frame, has a meter counter for tracking unspooled cable and houses 100ft of the HDPE premium push rod of 3/8". Micron drain camera has a WiFi module integrated into the system that emits its own WiFi signal that is then picked up by Android/Apple device and seen through a free app. The app allows video and photo recording as well as footage storage and replay. The system is conveniently powered by 18V Milwaukee batteries or equivalent.
