Description
The Rigid Borescopes are computer-designed and manufactured to comply with up-to-date standards for various industrial applications. Due to the technology utilizing rod glass lenses for image transition, these optical inspection units provide a significantly higher image resolution than fiberscopes that use imaging fiber bundles.
The body of the scope, light post, and insertion tube are manufactured from corrosion-free stainless steel. All exterior elements are well-adjusted and fluid-resistant. After use, these scopes can be degreased and cleaned with regular cleaning solutions like soaps and water.
In the optical system, the coated rod lenses provide brilliant image quality with excellent contrast and brightness. The construction of the optical system guarantees an image with minimal distortions of the inspecting area. All of our rigid borescopes come with a standard C-mount eyepiece.
The rigid borescopes come in 2.7mm, 4mm, and 6mm diameters; the lengths range from 175mm(6.88") to 600mm(23.6"). Custom lengths are available upon request.
Additional features include fixed prism lenses built into the tips for borescopes with various DOV. Prism lenses allow alternate directions of view (DOV), including 30°, 70°, 90°, and 110°. Prism lenses provide a much better image quality in comparison to mirrors.
ACMI, STORZ, OLYMPUS, and WOLF Light post connectors allow easy coupling to most light sources available on the market.
If you require inspection data, we offer a variety of optional borescope cameras equipped with video couplers.
